WINES… L’Esperance’s goal is to give you a real taste of France, serving
wines from many different regions. It will be a real pleasure for the
owner to share his knowledge with you. He will teach you about the
wine growing areas, winemaking, and how to read a French wine label.
Throughout your trip you will be introduced to his carefully selected local
